Real-Time Monitoring

The BE2100 Biomass Monitoring System includes an intuitive software program which allows you to track the progress of your fermentations in real time. One of the advantages of real-time monitoring with the BE2100 is the ability to determine the growth rate of your culture in a fraction of the time that would be required by repeated off-line measurements. Another benefit is being able to clearly identify growth transitions. The software also has an event-marking tool to help you keep track of important events during the run.

Shown here is a screenshot of the software included with the BE2100 monitor which allows real-time monitoring of the growth rate, in addition to the ability to place event markers on the data itself which indicate important events in the growth cycle such as inoculation, glucose addition, etc.
